Reading the record

What each section of the output is for.

The IFU demand pack has four parts, each answering a different question about the deployment you described.

The readiness call

Whether the deployment puts you in Art. 13 territory and whether an IFU exists at all, stated plainly with the article cited.

The demand list

What to ask the provider for, itemised — the documents that make the duties checkable rather than asserted.

The evidence gaps

What is missing today: no IFU, no intended-purpose statement, no oversight description. The gap list is the useful part.

The record

The exportable pack: deployment facts, demands, gaps, and date. It is the page you hand to procurement before signature.

Decision-support drafting only — not legal advice. Confirm the duty set against the current consolidated text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
